Dear Friends,
You may be aware that we screened an interview with award-winning Times journalist and FATE patron Melanie Reid MBE last Saturday, at our online joint event with My Death, My Decision. Melanie became tetraplegic following a riding accident ten years ago and is a committed supporter of assisted dying. For those who missed the first screening, we have now made the full film available via our website and YouTube channel.
We have also created a full transcript of this interview for those who would prefer it, please feel free to pass this on. To access the full transcript, click here.
You can view Melanie’s interview online by clicking the image below.
For those who are interested in attending another of our online events, we have a live lecture with Dr Stefanie Green (President of Canada’s assisted dying practitioners association CAMAP) coming up on 30th May.
Here’s the link to register:

We plan to hold more online events to bring our community together and would like to hear from you what you would like to see. Perhaps a Q&A with FATE trustees? Or a quiz night for members? Do let us know.
As ever, thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you soon.
