This year, Isabel Alonso Dávila, former President of DMD Catalonia, will give us a fascinating insight into how the law changed in Spain, how the barriers were overcome in the deeply Catholic country and how the law is working now.

Dr Amanda Ward, Research and Legal Advisor on the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill, will then update us on how progress is moving in Scotland, which still looks like it could be the first UK nation to legalise assisted dying.

Members of the My Death, My Decision team will update you on the current campaign and how, together, we can legalise assisted dying here in the UK. And we will of course welcome questions and discussion.
